This has been one of the best collaborations!  It started with Michala Costello of Regan Costello finding this property for Anthony Giacobbe at Red Oak Development Group.  Ian Toner, the amazing architect involved, took this truly dilapidated building and created the plans to guide it through it’s renaissance.  Anthony’s attention to detail and his management skills are outstanding.  Robert is one fine project manager. Tallulah Regan of Tallulah & Bird, Interior Design and staging company , gave the home color, light fixtures and staging.  And since life is a full circle, Regan Costello now brings this gem to the market.  We love putting together extra special brokers open houses that match the beauty of the home.  Many thanks to photographers, Betsy Baron and Drew Callaghan!
