The transformation of this lovely dutch colonial can more accurately be seen than described. Throughout the gallery you will see a few before and after photos. The bones of the house were solid, it just needed clarity and a focal point. I was adamant about defining the front entry and changing the proportions. The interior underwent serious changes. There was so much hidden space behind the walls, that although we did not add even one square foot to the home, it feels significantly larger. The owners were truly lovely and I have grown to adore them. They dubbed me their “guardian angel”; this make me smile.
