We at Tallulah & Bird, Interior Design love, love, love the charm of a 1930’s bungalow.  This one was in need of total interior demolish and rehab that included moving the stair location, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, window repair, electrical and plumbing.  The space was divided into many small rooms and was dark and dated.  We opened up the spaces and created an open and airy environment that is also completely functional.  As always, we love the partnership with Regan Construction Company.  No one can make our designs come to life better! The owners were fabulous to work with and are so overjoyed with their lovely new home.
