This comprehensive project in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia was particularly special as there are very few flats in this Northwestern part of the city. We were delivered a vanilla box with some parameters set but much flexibility as well. The reclaimed wood flooring has so much character and warmth, and it is truly spectacular. The vibe is very chic, and city centric, and the views are amazing. The large windows and the flagstone terrace make the 4th floor space still very connected to the outdoors and the surrounding nature, but the beautiful view of the city is a glorious reminder of the proximity to Center City.
